Amity Blight was initially a minor antagonist but later became one the main protagonists of The Owl House. When Luz tried to eat the portal key, Amity took it from her and put it around her neck. The intro consists of originally animated footage which introduces us to the characters. As Amity, Willow, and Gus are helping Eda, King, and Hooty fortify the Owl House and care for Luz while she is sick with the Common Mold. It was composed and produced by TJ Hill, and was animated by Sugarcube and Spencer Wan. Lyrics are written crookedly across the background: “I’m not here for your entertainment/your the kinda guy that likes some fun/am I just here for a bit of amusement?/you’ll never be my NUMBER 1!!!”. The Owl House Main Title Theme is an instrumental theme that is used for the opening of The Owl House. Amity looks at Inner Willow regretfully, holding a hand to her chest, as Inner Willow stands surrounded by pink fire, yelling at Amity with steam coming from her eyes.
